Grounds Rental

The Grounds & Mansion are available to rent for group gatherings such as weddings, birthday parties, graduation, reunions and company picnics. We are located at 512 Gibson Road in Woodland, California.

Security/Cleaning Fees

Grounds 8 a.m. – 9 pm. $750
  Half Day $450
Kitchen Per Event $100
Cleaning Deposit Per Event $200 (refundable)
